1. Overview

WiseOR Holdings, LLC provides healthcare workforce scheduling and management software through the FairShare platform. The Services are designed for healthcare organizations and professionals operating in the United States, including healthcare facility administrators, physicians, nurses, anesthesia technicians, and other healthcare staff.

2. Information We Collect

The Company collects information Users provide directly, including account information (name, email, phone number), professional information (NPI number, facility affiliation, role, specialty, FTE percentage), scheduling information (shift preferences, vacation requests, holiday preferences), billing information for organizational subscriptions, and communications through the platform.

The Company also automatically collects device information, usage information, log data, and cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details on cookies and tracking technologies.

6. HIPAA Compliance

FairShare is designed to comply with applicable HIPAA requirements. The Company acts as a Business Associate and signs Business Associate Agreements with covered entities. Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
